Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Family Orthodontics – Dawsonville and Johns Creek are Hiring an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator!
Help kids (and parents!) feel confident from the first “hello” to the final “new smile.”
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:15 am - 4:30 pm
As our Treatment Coordinator , you’ll be a key part of the smile-making magic—guiding families through treatment options, answering questions, and making the process feel easy and exciting. If you love working with children, enjoy a fun, team-first environment, and have both front office + clinical assisting experience , we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and confidently.
- Discuss insurance benefits and help families understand coverage.
- Support the team with clinical knowledge (back office experience is a plus!).
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every patient and parent.
- Multitask in a busy office while staying upbeat and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dental insurance knowledge and experience presenting finances.
- Flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed.
- A positive, professional team player who loves helping kids smile.
