Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Overnight Product Support Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the CEO during his live streams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle issues that may arise while the CEO is streaming during night shift hours.
• Keeping track of sponsorships and giveaways.
• Organizing orders for the shipping department.
• Communicate with internal team.
• When necessary, cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
• Previous experience in Product Support or in a similar position
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to review your work to minimize order errors
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable in front of a camera and able to keep viewers engaged as needed
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Knowledge of Sports is Preferred

Wednesday 7:00 PM - (Anywhere from 1AM - 6 AM) Friday 7:00 PM - 10:00 AM
