As we expand our remote sales force, were looking for motivated and ambitious professionals to join our team. Position Overview:
Were hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our sales efforts in the Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. This fully remote, commission-based role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance and enjoy outbound prospecting and lead conversion. Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Prospect via cold calling, text messaging, email, and social media to identify new potential customers
- Build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners
- Schedule consultations for our Solar Consultants in MA and CT
- Manage outreach activity and pipeline using CRM tools
- Hit weekly targets for outreach volume and appointments set
- Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or Wyoming
- Prior experience in appointment setting , telemarketing , or sales is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated in a remote environment
- High-energy, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Experience in solar or home improvement industries is a plus
- 100% commission-based no base salary
