Your Role as a Supportive Care Partner

In this role, you’ll provide essential care and companionship to clients, ensuring their well‑being and comfort. Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include:

• Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and independence.
• Household Maintenance: Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe and welcoming home environment.
• Engaging Companionship: Offering friendly conversation and activities to enhance clients’ quality of life.
• Care Plan Adherence: Following customized care plans to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Professional Communication: Keeping open, respectful communication with families and the care team to ensure excellent client support.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—training is provided
• Access to email and a mobile device for communication
• A commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards of care

Compensation

$12.75 - $17.00 per hour

Home Helpers is a national franchise of home care agencies serving the elderly and those rehabilitating from a recent injury or illness. Each Home Helpers location is a little different because they are independently owned.
