OBJECTIVE
Support the sixstepsrecords team and artists by carrying out marketing and digital media strategy, tasks and coordination of projects in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. The Marketing Manager will lead ideation and execution across all facets of marketing — digital, experiential, and strategic partnerships — ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful audience engagement for sixsteps artists. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideate and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that integrate digital, experiential, media and partnership strategies
- Oversee social media coordination for all sixsteps artists
- Consistently brainstorm, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh social media content
- Communicate with team and artists on schedule and upcoming relevant needs
- Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts
- Coordinate with promoters and team for all tour and event marketing efforts, including both digital and on-the-ground activations
- Liaise with Capitol CMG digital team for all marketing and communication efforts
- Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts
- Oversee all artist and label websites and social media platforms (SEO, analytics, updates)
- Manage email lists
- Research, design, and send emails for campaigns
- Regularly aggregate and send reports to team and artists (marketing + social media reports etc)
- Initiate and implement interactive and experiential marketing strategies that deepen audience engagement
- Create and oversee ad campaigns across multiple platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent band messaging across all touchpoint

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of marketing experience.
