Sales Programs and Incentive Operations Manager
Position overview
This role supports the Sales Operations Department by leading the end-to-end execution of PCNA’s dealer-facing sales incentive programs. Responsibilities include designing and deploying programs and challenges, publishing program communications, administering the Pit Lane Club (PLC) platform, processing payouts, managing user access and training, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. As PCNA’s primary PLC business owner, the position partners with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG (PAG), Porsche Financial Services (PFS), and Regional Managers to ensure programs are accurate, compliant, and effectively delivered across the Porsche Center network.
Roles & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy sales incentive programs, contests, and dealer challenges in coordination with Sales Programs, PFS, and senior leadership.
- Author, edit, route for approval, and publish monthly and quarterly sales program bulletins and Porsche Partner Network (PPN) posts, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely communication to the Porsche Center network.
- Act as PCNA business owner for the PLC incentive platform, including program configuration, release management, UAT/testing, troubleshooting, and functional enhancement.
- Administer user access management, including onboarding for Porsche Centers, Regional Managers, and internal PCNA users, and establishing a recurring user audit process for PLC and other incentive platforms (e.g., Debit Card Program).
- Prepare, validate, and process incentive payouts and claim reconciliation.
- Deliver training, clickthrough guides, FAQs, and enablement sessions to Porsche Centers, Regional Managers, and internal stakeholders on program mechanics and platform usage.
- Create and deliver ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights to monitor take rates, assess incentive program performance, and drive continuous improvements in program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the PCNA Debit Card Program and related payment initiatives, including administration, payment delivery, enhancements, and year-end tax reporting, to ensure accurate and compliant execution.
- Own PIN+ reporting deliverables, including the development of a standardized replacement for the "Money in the Market" report and a user-friendly PIN+ dashboard tracking transaction prices, discounts, and incentive support; train Sales Operations power users on dashboard adoption.
- Drive Sales Programs audit readiness by defining and maintaining a transparent folder structure, standardized process descriptions, document classification and retention rules. aligned with the Porsche framework, and periodic access-rights reviews for sensitive content.
- Serve as day-to-day liaison with PFS and PAG counterparts on program eligibility, communications alignment, and platform functionality.
- Monitor program performance and dealer feedback, identify optimization opportunities, and capture lessons learned to continuously improve program design and field enablement.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development of the Sales Programs and Remarketing Intern, providing mentorship and guidance to support individual growth and departmental success.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Sales, or equivalent required
- Graduate degree or MBA is preferred
Experience (Job and Industry):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales operations or financial services, including incentive programs, payouts, and performance reporting.
- Experience managing dealer-facing digital platforms, communications, and training.
- Automotive industry experience, preferably with a premium or luxury brand.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of automotive retail, financial services, sales incentives, dealer programs, and payout administration.
- Ability to manage dealer-facing digital platforms, including configuration, access, testing, releases, and issue resolution.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or comparable tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealer bulletins, training materials, and executive presentations.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, IT, vendors, and field teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$115,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
