Resident Care Aides (Full-Time & Part-Time) needed for Memory Care Community

Do you have a heart for helping others? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Resident Care Aides. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. 12 hour shifts.

Job Duties
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support mobility—help with walking, transferring, and use of mobility aids.
- Help serve meals, and assist residents if needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or mood.
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Keep resident areas clean and tidy.
- Document care and work closely with nurses and other staff.
- Maintain resident privacy and independence at all times.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Resident Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certificate preferred.
- Relevant experience helpful but not required—training provided.
- First Aid & CPR certified or willing to get certified.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility.
- Empathetic, patient, and caring attitude.
- Must pass a background check.
