Part-time Bakery Associate

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in baking, inventory management, and vendor communication
- Ability to lift 11–25 lbs.
- Serve Safe certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
What You’ll Do as a Bakery Associate:
- Execute industrial baking tasks with precision and efficiency
- Accurately count, track, and manage ingredient and product inventory
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors to coordinate orders
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Operate baking equipment safely and follow established operating procedures
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes or batch specifications
- Package finished baked goods for delivery, storage, or distribution
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality
