**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail and mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents as per Allied Universal protocols.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits at the location.
+ Communicate professionally with visitors, tenants, and staff to address inquiries and/or concerns.
+ Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as directed during incidents.
+ Complete required reports and documentation of security-related activities and incidents in a timely manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Experience operating a Segway or T3 is preferred.
+ Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet, this is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
