Job Summary:
We are seeking a mechanically minded CNC Operator / Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Operate CNC and manual machinery to manufacture components and systems
• Weld and Fabricate components for systems and system installations
• Assemble and box systems according to specifications.
• Install systems on customers' vehicles ensuring quality and accuracy.

Welding experience or certifications are highly desirable, as is the ability to troubleshoot issues independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package systems per provided specifications.
• Safely set up and operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Fabricate components using manual tools and power equipment.
• Weld components as necessary - Primarily MIG Welding
• Assist and eventually perform installs of systems on trucks (small portion of time) ensuring proper fit and functionality.
• Accurately report timekeeping and follow routing ticket/work order details
• Help ensure inventory levels are properly maintained
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals.

Qualifications

• CNC or related certification or diploma a strong plus
• Welding or related certification a strong plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems without significant oversight.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Forklift certification
• Ability to use measuring instruments, read and interpret properly
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to read and interpret instructions/orders when required
• Ability to lift some heavy items
• Good work ethic
• Willingness to do a variety of tasks

This position is M-F either from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
