Account Executive - Remote

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships. You will nurture existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Receive and follow up on qualified leads received from Sales Development, utilizing various channels such as networking, outbound calls, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs; identifying and suggesting products and services to meet those needs, demonstrating the functions of products and services, to close the sale.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolving any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.


A great fit for this position has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or similar field, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently.
  • Prior ability of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Understanding of client’s needs and goals.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to travel as needed
