Luxury Hospitality & Client Relations Specialist
This role is for the consummate professional who understands that the "white-glove" experience of hospitality & tourism is defined by the details. You will serve as the primary architect of the clients journey, managing high-level inquiries and ensuring every interaction is seamless. You are responsible for building long-term loyalty by providing personalized recommendations and proactive support. Your success is measured by your ability to turn a simple request into a memorable experience while maintaining our signature standard of excellence.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Geographic Eligibility: Candidates must be physically located in one of our authorized service regions, including the United States, Mexico, Europe, and select international markets.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must possess legal, valid work authorization for their specific country of residence.
- Professional Discipline: This is a remote-based opportunity requiring the ability to manage a professional home office environment with minimal direct supervision.
