What You’ll DoYou will lead our housekeeping and laundry operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and team development. Your daily impact includes:
- Quality Assurance: Lead inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas, ensuring they meet the high standards of the Courtyard brand.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and evaluate room attendants, providing the coaching and training necessary to help them succeed and grow.
- Operational Excellence: Serve as the primary liaison between housekeeping, laundry, engineering, and the front office to ensure seamless communication and rapid response to guest needs.
- Data Management: Utilize our Property Management System (PMS) to track room status, handle special requests, and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Guest Advocacy: Assist with guest inquiries and manage the Lost & Found process with professionalism and care.
- A Natural Leader: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to motivate others to reach their full potential.
- Adaptable & Agile: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are comfortable moving, lifting, and navigating the hotel throughout your shift.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using computer systems to manage workflows and communicate updates.
- Service-Oriented: You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality, and you take pride in creating an environment where guests feel at home.
- Flexible: You understand that hospitality happens around the clock and are available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
