Job Title

A Technical Program Manager (TPM) oversees the development and execution of complex technical projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include risk management, strategic planning, facilitating communication, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to deployment and evaluation. TPMs require strong technical acumen, project management skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage all phases of a project, from initiating programs and defining requirements to deployment and post-launch evaluation.

• .

  Lead and coordinate diverse teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress.

  Collaborate with architects and engineers to establish product and technology architecture, and provide technical solutions for issues that arise.

• .

  Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and solve complex technical problems to keep projects on track.

• .

  Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, report on project progress, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.

• .

  Contribute to strategic planning, establish project timelines and scope, and ensure technical and business objectives are met.
