Immediate hire- Bilingual Preschool Assistant Teacher
Summary Job Description We are looking for individuals who are interested in a career with our company and someone that is passionate and dedicated to the job of working with children. We are seeking an experienced and energetic assistant teacher who is willing to learn. Hours are 9am-6pm. Starting pay depends on experience. Duties Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and peers
- Maintain a fun and safe learning environment
- Willingness to accept direction and assist classroom teachers with the execution of day to day activities
- Interact with children to support play, exploration, and learning
- Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
- High School/ GED at least
- Bilingual-Spanish and English
- Preferred 1 year prior classroom experience
- Degree preferably in early childhood education or child development, and/or CDA with 1-year experience
- Must pass a background check
- Comply with state licensing and accreditation regulations for childcare
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs in connection with handling children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- Fully Covid-19 Vaccined or willing to get vaccinated.
