Remote FRM (Immunology Rheumatology)

In this role, you will significantly impact the patient's journey through innovative treatment solutions, ensuring they receive the necessary medical support and access to therapies. Your efforts will drive collaboration with healthcare providers, addressing reimbursement processes and enhancing patient experiences. You will engage with healthcare teams to provide education and resources, navigating complex healthcare systems to ensure better health outcomes. Accountabilities
- Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and patient access to therapies.
- Collaborate with field support teams to offer reimbursement expertise.
- Address urgent patient access and affordability issues.
- Conduct field-based support and educational sessions.
- Build strong relationships with Immunology accounts.
- Manage territory logistics and account planning.
- Stay updated on market dynamics and coding requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments for resource optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in account management and/or reimbursement.
- Knowledge of medication access channels and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in challenging access scenarios.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
