Remote FRM (Immunology Rheumatology)

You will engage with healthcare teams to provide education and resources, navigating complex healthcare systems to ensure better health outcomes. Accountabilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and patient access to therapies.
• Collaborate with field support teams to offer reimbursement expertise.
• Address urgent patient access and affordability issues.
• Conduct field-based support and educational sessions.
• Build strong relationships with Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay updated on market dynamics and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments for resource optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management and/or reimbursement.
• Knowledge of medication access channels and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in challenging access scenarios.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
