Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu specifications. The Cook will be responsible for ensuring all meals are cooked and served in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is safe for consumption
- Plate and garnish dishes before they are served
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and menu specifications
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
