Staff Software Engineer

The Opportunity:

The Staff Software Developer role is important to the success of Euna Grants as a key member of the software development team. Our development roles work together with the product and sales teams and positively contribute to the software design, architecture, implementation, and testing of the applications that exist across multiple product offerings within the Euna Grants suite of products. Our team uses Agile principles that are based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to achieve our set goals.

What You'll Do:

• Design, architecture, implementation, and testing of software applications


• Support and troubleshoot existing software in production


• Lead other developers and manage project timelines and expectations


• Technically manage a large project from introduction to completion with limited technical support or guidance


• Lead code and framework related advancement within the team while defining and holding other team members accountable for best coding practices


• Present new code design and implementation patterns, as well as potential enhancements to the existing codebase to peers for review as part of our overall code quality process


• Work hand in hand with Architecture on technical initiatives


• Contribute to multiple cross-functional development teams.


• Mentor other developers to help increase level of understanding and ability in related technologies and methodologies


• Demonstrate the ability to lead technical documentation


• Ability to be vocal and lead technical discussion

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or other related disciplines


• 3+ years of experience working with React


• 3+ years of .NET experience with a focus in web development


• 5+ years of Python experience with a focus in web development


• 7+ years professional experience supporting one or more SaaS products in a production environment


• 1+ years experience utilizing AI tools to assist in development process

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Displays a mastery of full stack development


• 3+ years professional experience supporting one or more SaaS products in a production environment


• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Knockout


• Experience with ColdFusion


• Capable of working autonomously

Location: This role is hybrid 3x a week in our Atlanta office (1155 Perimeter Center W)
