Compensation: Base Salary DOE + Bonus | Travel & Car Allowance | Negotiable Based on Experience

As part of our continued growth and specialization, we are launching a dedicated Data Center Cleaning Division to serve the unique needs of mission-critical environments.
We are seeking an industry veteran to lead, build, and certify this division — ensuring we meet the highest standards of service, safety, and compliance expected in the data center industry. Position Summary The Director of Data Center Cleaning Services will serve as the company’s in-house expert and leader for all things related to data center cleaning and contamination control. This role requires a candidate with extensive, hands-on industry experience, deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices, and expertise in obtaining and maintaining certifications that validate our qualifications to serve data centers nationwide. This individual will be responsible for developing operational protocols, securing certifications, training staff, and leading service delivery. Additionally, this leader will work cross-functionally with executive leadership to drive business development, establish credibility with clients, and position the company as a trusted partner in the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership :
• Serve as the subject matter expert in all aspects of data center cleaning, contamination control, and environmental maintenance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and best practices tailored to mission-critical environments.
• Lead all certification processes required to establish and maintain the company’s qualifications for serving data center environments (e.g., CDCCP, ISO standards, ASHRAE guidelines, ESD controls).
• Oversee quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Lead and develop field teams through hands-on training, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Data Center Cleaning Division. Client & Industry Relations:
• Act as the primary technical resource and trusted advisor to clients in the data center space.
• Build credibility and relationships within the data center industry to expand the division’s footprint.
• Collaborate with Sales to support proposals, presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Maintain an expert understanding of emerging trends, technology, and industry advancements to keep our services competitive.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of specialized experience in data center cleaning and contamination control services.
• Deep knowledge of data center environments, including cleanroom protocols, airflow management, particulate control, ESD precautions, and equipment sensitivities.
• Direct experience leading or certifying organizations to serve the data center industry through standards such as CDCCP, ISO, ASHRAE, or equivalents.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing field teams.
• Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to implement scalable processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal teams and external clients.
• Proficiency in project management and operational reporting tools.
