Data Center Project Manager - Construction

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mission critical/data center projects from planning through project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource planning to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and technology disciplines.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
- Review technical deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are achieved.
- Support construction administration, commissioning activities, and project close-out.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and future projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and project team members while contributing to the continued growth of the Mission Critical group.
Skills/Must Have
- Previous Project Management experience delivering mission critical or data center projects.
- Background within an engineering consultancy, owner's representative, or mission critical design environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical building systems within data centers.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and client relationships.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting hyperscale, enterprise, or colocation data center projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- PMP certification is advantageous but not essential.

Salary
- Up to $180,000 basic salary
