We are seeking an Accountant Assistant to become an integral part of our team! Candidate will ensure cash flow operations run smoothly by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations. You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices through QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices, prepare purchase orders, and issue client invoices. Track outgoing payments and incoming receipts to ensure timely transactions through QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Assist Business and Finance Manager with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Compile data for budget preparation and financial statement generation.
• Maintain highly organized physical and digital financial files. Respond to client and vendor inquiries regarding payment statuses.

• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in QuickBooks
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
