Membership Recruitment Coordinator - Tier II
The Membership Coordinator directly reports to the Membership Manager. Responsible for assisting the Membership Manager in sourcing, qualifying, and enrolling new members. This person is self-motivated, creative, and charismatic. As one the faces of the club, the Membership Coordinator sets the tone of the club providing exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reaching assigned sales goals with both inbound leads and personal outreach
• Hosting tours for potential members
• Outbound outreach to potential members• Presence in the city at events with potential members to recruit and build brand awareness of The Gathering Spot
• Assists in maintaining prospect database, SalesForce, in accordance with standards utilizing the system functionality to stay organized, generate reports, etc.
Job Requirements
• 1+ years external sales experience preferred
• Open Availability
• High-energy and outgoing personality
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills required
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints, deadlines, and without direct supervision
• Self-starter who has the ability to work independently
• Ability to foster relationships with Members, employee-partners and other community leaders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Applicant must possess a passion for providing high-quality Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations
• Enjoys continuous change and improvement
• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required
