FP&A Manager - Office of the CEO

This FP&A Manager will work closely with the Founder & CEO to support company-wide strategic and financial decision-making. The role is highly cross-functional and focused on building clear financial narratives, models, and insights that inform leadership, board, and investor discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and runway analysis
• Build and maintain strategic financial models related to growth, pricing, and unit economics
• Prepare financial materials for board meetings and investor updates
• Partner with CEO on ad-hoc analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and trade-offs
• Collaborate with functional leaders to connect operational plans to financial outcomes
• Help ensure a consistent, accurate financial story across leadership communications

• Leadership has timely, decision-ready financial insights
• Strategic initiatives are evaluated with clear financial context
• Board and investor materials are clear, credible, and well-supported

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
• Strong Excel financial modeling and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and handling ambiguous requests
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Experience in high-growth startups or technology companies preferred
