Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive, balanced environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me firsthand experience and a strong foundation for building my own office. I’m a military veteran, originally from Oregon and raised in Arkansas. Discipline, accountability, and teamwork are values that shape the way I lead and support our team. We stay connected to the community by sponsoring local sports teams and supporting youth activities whenever we can. As a smaller office, we’re flexible and collaborative, with a steady mix of customer service and sales activity, including calls and walk-ins that keep things engaging. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
