The Client Services Representative will provide administrative support by handling information requests, assisting our partners, preparing correspondence, scanning and processing tax returns, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with client billing monthly
• Electronic filing of tax returns and other information
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software systems related to the accounting profession
• Distribute daily correspondence such as phone calls, mail, email and faxes; prepare written communications for the management team
• Assist with office administration tasks, including the assembly and distribution of client information, interfacing with team members and clients, and scheduling of firm and team activities
• File and retrieve documents, records, and reports; scanning tax return information
• Assisting with purchasing supplies and maintaining records management systems
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in Business or related field; Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field preferred
• Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
• Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in office environment and performing as an administrative assistant desirable.
Occasional overtime and weekend hours required.
