Quality Control Music is seeking committed, inquisitive and dedicated individuals to join our team as a paid Digital Marketing/Graphic Design intern!  

POSITION SUMMARY:  The QC Internship program is purposed to provide individuals with the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment within the entertainment industry.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role’s focus is in supporting the social media management team and is open to individuals interested in any of the following: Music, Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing or Business

• Social Media Graphics: Develop eye-catching visuals for QC social media platforms, including, holiday flyers, birthday posts, and engaging content to captivate the audience. Curate Motivational Mondays on a weekly basis.
• Promotional Campaigns: Compelling promotional materials for upcoming album launches, concerts, tours, and special events that resonate with our target audience.
• Branding Materials: Craft unique and essential designs for the overall branding of artists such as logos, packaging for collaborations, and visual presentations/decks.
• Motion Graphics/Video/Reel Editing: Enhance content with motion flyers and editing, animating, and combining videos/reels. Attend artists/company events and shows to capture behind the scene footage for social media platforms.
• Curate Assets: Source and design graphics to effectively promote press releases, showcase new achievements of our artists, promote recent interviews, and highlight award nominations.
• Social Media Management Assistance: Help Manage Solid Foundation Management's Instagram presence by crafting interactive captions and hashtags to enhance engagement. Additionally, help with the QC YouTube Channel platform by posting YouTube shorts.

Upkeep our aesthetic on socials for the following:

• Motivational Monday
• Birthday Graphics
• Advent Graphics ( International Women’s Month, Black History Month, Artist accomplishment graphics : Billboard, Chart History, RIAA Graphics, Magazine Ads, etc)
• Event Graphics/Flyers (Christmas party graphics)
• Tour/Hosting Flyers
• Logos

Requirements

• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Have good communications skills
• Have professional appearance and behavior
• Be a make-it-happen type of person
• Be available at least 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
• Have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Have a laptop or tablet
• Able to lift at least 30lbs unassisted
