Master Carpenter - Remodeling Specialist

We’re seeking a skilled Master Carpenter with remodeling expertise to lead high-quality home renovation projects from concept to completion. You’ll handle framing, cabinetry, trim, and custom finishes with precision and pride. If you’re a problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead residential remodeling projects: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom builds
- Read blueprints, take measurements, and plan efficient workflows
- Frame walls, install cabinetry, moldings, doors, and custom millwork
- Cut, fit, and finish wood and composite materials to exact standards
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and trade partners
- Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
- Maintain tools, job site cleanliness, and material organization
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of advanced carpentry and remodeling experience
- Must have your own tools
- Mastery of hand and power tools, joinery, and finish work
- Strong math, reading, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead job sites
- Reliable transportation and physical stamina for construction
