Location: On-site,Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM

About the Work Environment:

• Youll work in a clean, climate-controlled industrial facility focused on manufacturing and assembling high-quality power and energy systems used in commercial and industrial applications.
• The facility emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork, following strict ISO standards for quality and efficiency.
• This position is active and hands-on, long periods of standing operating material-handling equipment, moving inventory, and ensuring production areas are stocked and organized.
• You must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed and following all safety procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Move, load, and unload materials and products safely throughout the production area
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment to transport components and finished goods
• Accurately track inventory using scanners or basic computer systems
• Stage materials for production lines according to work orders and schedules
• Verify part numbers, counts, and condition of materials received or issued
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required
• Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and quality departments to support daily goals

What We're Looking for:

• Prior experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer or scanner knowledge for inventory tracking
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
