Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Stanton Optical, you’ll support Brand Managers in driving sales, managing operations, and optimizing store performance. KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of Managerial Experience
- Desired experience in optical/clinical fields
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)
- 1+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment
- Highly resourceful, flexible, and adept at timely problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of retail business dynamics, demands, and needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to strategically execute business plans, resulting in top-line sales achievement and optimized profit contributions.
- Foster a culture of excellence by exceeding strategic objectives and empowering the team to achieve remarkable results creatively.
- Innovate and explore avenues to heighten customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby boosting repeat business.
- Establish robust partnerships with team members and the Brand Manager, ensuring seamless alignment of business goals and objectives.
- Lead efforts for employee training and development, nurturing career growth and optimal performance.
- Oversee the implementation of business policies, processes, and procedures within the store, ensuring seamless execution.
- Facilitate recruitment and training for new hires, ensuring their preparedness for effective contributions.
- Utilize data and business reports for informed decision-making and the formulation of performance enhancement strategies.
