We are seeking a GA Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
• Develop and maintain individualized educational plans for students, considering their unique needs and learning styles.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administration.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and enhance the school’s curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required).
• Teaching certification (required or preferred, depending on local regulations).
• Previous experience teaching young children (preferred).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in Pre-K education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or required, depending on the school).

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
