Tax Supervisor – Public Accounting (Remote-Friendly | Florida-Based Firm)

Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 DOE + Bonus + Full Employer-Paid Benefits

Our client is seeking a Tax Supervisor who is ready to move beyond compliance-heavy, deadline-driven work into a consultative, relationship-focused leadership role . You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the firm’s tax services, mentoring staff, and delivering high-value insights to a client base of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and partnerships.

• Lead and review tax engagements for business and individual clients (focus on pass-through entities and high-net-worth individuals)

• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and the Managing Partner on strategic initiatives

• Provide proactive tax planning and consultative guidance

• Coach and develop junior associates, creating a culture of mentorship and excellence

• Build trust-based relationships with clients—be their go-to advisor

• Help drive innovation and continuous improvement across processes and services

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA a plus

• CPA or EA (or actively working toward certification with exams scheduled)

• 4+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on S-Corps, partnerships, and complex individual returns

• Experience with high-net-worth clients and sophisticated entity structures

• Skilled communicator who thrives in a team-oriented, client-first environment

• Strategic thinker with a desire to grow beyond compliance into advisory leadership
