The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Project Structural Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a growing and collaborative engineering team. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on project involvement , values mentorship , and takes pride in delivering high-quality structural solutions from concept through construction .
Youll work closely with architects, contractors, and clients on a diverse portfolio of building projects while continuing to grow your technical and professional skill set.
What Youll Be Doing

Perform structural analysis and design for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings
-
Prepare engineering calculations , technical reports, and construction drawings
-
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
-
Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and constructability
-
Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure design intent is met
-
Support projects through construction administration
What You Bring
-
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (required)
-
3+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
-
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (PE-track candidates encouraged)
-
Proficiency with Revit, RISA, and Bluebeam
-
Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and NDS
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Authorization to work in the United States ( no visa sponsorship available )
