Outside Golf Services Supervisor

St Ives Country Club in Johns Creek, Georgia, is looking for Full-time
Outside Golf Services Supervisor. The Outside Golf Services Supervisor is responsible for leading the outside service Team Members to ensure the highest level of professionalism, customer service and Member/Guest Experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cart Fleet Management:

• Stage golf carts for daily play.
• Wash, restock (tees, sand bottles, scorecards, pencils) and charge golf carts after use.

Supervisor Leadership:

• Implement training programs in order to maintain a well-trained staff.
• Communicate with Golf Operations staff regarding Member services. Ex: Bag tags, bag storage, club repair, etc.
• Providing the finest personalized customer service.
• Assist Members and their guests by loading bags and cleaning clubs.
• Manage Bag Drop Logistics.
• All other duties as assigned.

Bag Room Management: Practice Facility:

• Perform minor club repair services.
• Responsible for keeping monthly grip inventory.

Practice Facility:

• Assist with maintenance of the practice facility; pick range, clear chipping green, replenish golf balls and tees.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Often required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to lift boxes and/or objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Required to work Weekends and Holidays.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must fluently speak and read English using good grammar.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• 1-3 years' experience in Golf Operation outside services.
• Present a positive, professional image.
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Requires passing a Drug Test.
