Qualifications :

• Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for the residents
• Communicate and maintain positive relationships with employees, residents and families to achieve excellent quality of life
• Use integrity, good judgement, and problem-solving skills in making decisions
• High level of organization & attention to detail
• Compile and maintain accurate reporting as required/requested
• Bathe and dress residents
• Change bed linens and restock rooms with necessary supplies
• Answer call lights and requests in a professional timely manner
• High energy with a proactive work ethic
• Report observed changes in resident's condition or behavior promptly to supervisor
• Record and communicate appropriately in the resident's chart and to supervisor
• Assist Activities Department in activities that support quality of life for the residents
• Report to work on-time and ready for the workday
• Attend/complete requires in-services and other mandatory trainings and meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of Healthcare, Assisted Living, PCH (Personal Care Home) experience in the Senior Living environment
• CPR, First Aid & Fire Safety certifications
