Inventory control

Local company in Cartersville is looking for an inventory control candidate to join their team. This person needs computer skills as well as forklift. Position starts out at $17/hour. This is a shipping and inventory control position so you will be doing cycle counts, pulling samples, handling raw materials and counting them and making sure they are accounted for and inputting info into computer, using the forklift to move material. Responsibilities

-Completes daily cycle counts to check inventory.
-Enters production locations from the Specialty Department into computer on a daily basis.
-Transfers material from warehouse location to location designated from location sheets.
-Deletes raw material from inventory as used such as boxes, and cores from the Specialty
Department.
-Enters production from Cut Down Table, Angle Table, and Fatigue Fighter Table.
-Pulls samples when requested.
-Operates forklift
-Responsible with keeping up with inventory and investigating if something is not accounted for.
-Assist in shipping when needed.
-Back up for Senior Shipping Clerk when absent.
-Help with pulling orders when Shipping Transporters are absent.
-Manage all customer returns by reviewing and reentering into the inventory system.
-Assist in bi-annual and/or annual inventories.
-Make sure the warehouse is clean and organized.
