Your talents and innovation will be supported by Servant Leadership. We are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The Revit Engineer will play a critical role in designing and developing detailed models and technical drawings using revit software. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the creation and modification of engineering designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.   • Develop/maintain detailed 3D Revit models for the design, layout, and modification of data center facilities.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate Revit designs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including floor plans, elevation drawings, equipment layouts, and construction details, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the coordination of design changes and updates, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
  • Perform clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts between various building systems and components using Revit's Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Revit standards, templates, and libraries to enhance productivity and consistency across projects.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress, verify as-built conditions, and provide on-site support during the construction phase.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of Revit designs within specified timelines and budget constraints.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies related to Revit and data center design.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working with Revit, preferably in the design and construction of data centers or mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, and other related software tools, with a deep understanding of BIM principles and practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, fire protection, security, and structured cabling.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings, as well as construction specifications and industry standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant certifications in Revit or BIM technologies
  • Prior data center industry experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality Revit drawings within specified deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design ideas, and provide technical support during construction phases.
