Location: Savannah, GA

Salary: $16 - $20 / Hourly DOE

Job Description:

Member of a small team led by a foreman. Actively participates and provides skilled labor on fence installation projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Recognition and skilled use of tools required for specific tasks and types of fence installation. Able to identify and operate common fence installation/hand/power tools.
• Actively participates in maintaining a clean and properly equipped vehicle. Respects Company owned equipment and tools.
• Understands and adheres to job and task specific safety and PPE requirements.
• Possesses efficiency and speed at performing common fence installation tasks i.e. – post-holing, auger drilling, core-drilling, tying, measuring and cutting.
• Possesses strong work ethic and physical toughness required to perform the job.
• Possesses knowledge and independence that allows for completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision without re-work.
• Efficiently and timely perform all duties/tasks assigned by Foreman/Crew Leader.
• Arrives “ready to work” and on time consistently.
• Assist Crew Leader in loading process. Recognize items/tools required for proper loading/load security.
• Maintain positive attitude and performs well under adverse conditions or unusual circumstances.
• Shows enthusiasm for job/task assignments and accepts guidance/feedback where required.
• Takes pride in finished work product.
• Guidance, feedback, and training is accepted, comprehended, and put into action. Shows the ability to retain training and knowledge such that repeating instructions/training is not necessary.
• Adhere to Company policies, rules, and regulations at all times.

What You’ll Need:

• 2 Years Fence Installation Experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on consistent and daily basis.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• Valid Driver License-Preferred
