Technician Profile

CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Technician Profile. These associates provide technical expertise to profile the boards into appropriate sized planks using high automated equipment in our new manufacturing facility located in Adairsville, Georgia. If you have a strong background in manufacturing processes, and if you possess a passion to continuously improve, we want to hear from you.

• Must have ability to work in metric units of measure.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to demonstrate.
• Must be able to clearly communicate in verbal and written communication with teammates and supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Must be willing and able to work in an LVT manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work 12 hour, rotating shifts
• Must be able to navigate the manufacturing environment within the Profiling department (automated, continuous line)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform position duties in the safest, most efficient manner
• Work closely with scheduling team to ensure materials align with schedule
• Confirm whether equipment is working properly prior to operation
• Troubleshoot equipment failures within scope of job duties.
• Ensure product compliance to company standards and specifications
• Maintain calibration of equipment within scope of position
• Perform inspections during production
• Document data into ERP system per SOP requirements
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in an LVT manufacturing role. Prefer previous work with highly automated equipment on a continuous line such as profiling/finishing in luxury vinyl flooring.
