Razom Healthcare, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The selected candidate will provide dedicated, one-on-one support to a male client living with ALS. This position centers on delivering daily personal care, assisting with mobility needs, and promoting the client’s comfort, independence, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on patient care , including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Provide mobility support (transfers, repositioning).
- Assist with feeding and hydration.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Keep the environment clean and safe.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate with the family and healthcare team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A CURRENT CNA LICENSE
Hours: 32 hours /Week
Schedule:
Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00am - 4:00pm (8 Hours)
AND
Saturdays & Sundays: 4:00pm - 12:00am (8 Hours)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one (1) year experience preferred
- Active CNA Certification.
- CPR/First Aide.
- Home Care experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Current CPR/First Aide certification
- Copy of SSN
- Valid driver's license/State ID
- Current TB Test Result
