Executive Recruiter, VP Practice
- 8 years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process including setting and adjusting search strategy, working with internal or external research teams, and supporting applicants through the interview and offer process.
- 8 years of experience in hiring executives (e.g. VP+ talent).
- 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search firm environment.
- 4 years of experience in recruiting with AI/ML or cloud technologies.
- Experience partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high quality search deliverables, including internal executive researchers and external executive search firms.
- Provide guidance to clients as they define the senior technical talent and organization leaders needed to drive Google’s strategy.
- Act as a domain talent expert, providing valuable assessments and insights based on the knowledge of the talent pool.
- Engage our research team, network relationships and other search resources to identify, engage, evaluate and recruit executive level applicants.
- Guide businesses throughout the search process, providing consistent communication and incredible client service.
- Develop an understanding of each applicant's leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role.
