Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Duties
- Deliver materials to jobsites (if needed).
- Learn to measure and estimate projects (may include climbing roofs to measure metal roofing or chimney caps)
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support project management tasks by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external partners in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in the gutter/construction industry.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
