As a member on our Specialty Coffee team, you'll play a dual role -- part empowering leader, part consummate teacher. Experience not required, we will train you.

In this role, you will. . .
*Complete a comprehensive Training program that covers all the in's and out's of working in a successful coffee bar.
*Train with crew of specialty coffee pros to serve up the Bodega Ultima experience in every hand-crafted cup of coffee.
*Support the success of your coffee bar by keeping the customers happy and complying with company procedures.

YOU OWN THIS JOB IF YOU...
*Are excited by new ideas and learning new methods and systems.
*Are passionate about specialty coffee, fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
*Have career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry -- next stop, manager. . .who knows from there!
*Have solid written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong math skills -- quick, how many ounces in a bag of coffee?
*Embrace working a flexible schedule.
*Are a person who likes to be on time and reliable.
*Take pride in all aspects of the work, even the not-so-glamorous jobs like dish washing, cleaning the bathroom, etc.
*Are planning on sticking around a while because you want to become an amazing barista.
*ARE DEPENDABLE.
