Position: Front Desk Concierge / Security Officer

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30022 Near Northpoint Parkway

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Flexible start time available)

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Overview:

Seeking a polished and reliable Front Desk Concierge / Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact at a professional office complex in a quiet, upscale suburban setting. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and guests, ensuring secure building access, and providing light support to building operations as needed. You’ll be joining a welcoming environment with a supportive property management and engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet tenants and guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Monitor building access, verify identification, and manage check-ins/check-outs
• Open and secure suite doors for leasing tours
• Stay alert to unusual activity and report concerns promptly
• Assist the Lead Engineer with light maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times
• Use proprietary scheduling and reporting tools
• Support emergency response efforts per site-specific protocols
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents and daily activities

• Comfortable using tablets or basic scheduling platforms
• Interest in long-term growth within facilities, security, or real estate operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior concierge, front desk, or security experience
• Familiarity with building operations or light maintenance
• Valid Guard Card or security license (if required by state)
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs. and walk the building for routine rounds
• Clean background and drug screen (as required by law)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ for armed roles, if applicable)
