ROLE SUMMARY:

The Marketing Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and management of content-driven marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. This role helps maintain a consistent brand voice, increases audience engagement, and supports lead generation and brand awareness goals through strategic content planning and execution. This role also heavily supports the other internal teams with their communication efforts and needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for a variety of channels including website pages, blog posts, social media, and newslettersCollaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.) to develop content aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives.Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content distribution. Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns including social media marketing and SEO content strategies.Optimize content for SEO and user engagement; use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Yoast to improve content performance.Coordinate with design team to develop visuals for digital campaigns, blog content, and social posts. Draft and schedule posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where appropriate.Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement. Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all marketing communications.Assist in internal communications, partner communications, and event promotion materials. Manage timelines and deliverables for content-related projects and campaigns.Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers (writers, photographers, videographers) as needed.Track and report on content and campaign performance metrics.

EXPERIENCE, SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree in one of the following: Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media or graphic design for advertising or PR agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projects A self-starter who doesnt wait around you ask the tough questions, bring fresh ideas, and get stuff done A natural communicator and company cheerleader who has exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with company staff Excels at strategic thinking and problem solving Highly organized and responsible individual Ability to work under stress and with deadlines Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to details Time management efficiency High energy level and sense of humor essential

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social platform insights.Knowledge of social scheduling skills like SproutSocial or Hootsuite.Video editing or vlogging experience is a plus.Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative attitude.

A growing library of organized, high-quality, on-brand content that supports lead generation and customer engagement.Strong content performance metrics (CTR, open rates, engagement, etc.)Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on communication effectiveness and campaign support.Streamlined content creation workflows and maintained editorial calendar, maintaining a proactive approach with calendar scheduled out a minimum of 60 days in advance.
