**Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Account Specialist (Hybrid - Sales Operations Support) Professional to support our client's growing team in Peachtree City, GA. This is a hybrid, long-term temporary position ideal for someone with strong customer account management and order processing experience who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment.**
**You'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring order accuracy, and providing exceptional service and support to both**
**internal and external partners.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Manage multiple customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.**
+ **Handle same-day order maintenance and customer order management.**
+ **Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.**
+ **Prepare and maintain customer purchase orders for perfect match and timely fulfillment.**
+ **Provide custom reports and analytics to support account management and business decisions.**
+ **Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.**
+ **Research and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.**
+ **Support account managers with reporting, tracking, and communications.**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience (5+ years) considered.**
+ **Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint proficiency.**
+ **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**
+ **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.**
+ **EDI experience a plus but not required.**
+ **Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.**
+ **Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.**
+ **High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.**
