Machine Technician Operator, 2nd sh + $1.00/hr. shift

We are looking for an experienced MACHINE TECHNICIAN OPERATOR to join our Lithia Springs plant. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with overtime as needed. Additional $1.00 shift premium. We offer competitive benefits and salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days, depending on work performance and attendance. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by packaging product using automated equipment. You will also work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and monitor the process in production manufacturing to ensure quality products.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• At least two years of experience desired.
• Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

About You

We Require:

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Experience operating automated equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift, but not required.
