Process Equipment Millwright, Installation & Maintenance

At Process Equipment and Controls (PEC), you’ll be the go‑to expert assembling, aligning, repairing, and safeguarding the machines that keep production moving. If you enjoy hands‑on, precision work and can shift from solo problem‑solving to team execution, this role is for you.

- Mobility: Travel to project sites—including out‑of‑town—when required; support overtime during peak demand
What you’ll need to succeed
- 2–3 years’ experience as a mechanical/millwright professional
- Proficiency in industrial machinery assembly and alignment; blueprint literacy
- Physical readiness: stand, bend, kneel, climb; work in tight or uncomfortable positions
- Able to frequently lift, carry, and stage components up to 50 lbs

- CNC tooling and CNC grinder familiarity
- Mechanical troubleshooting and testing
- OSHA 10‑hour certification
- Machine safety inspections
