Leasing Specialist - Wireless Telecom- Hybrid
Job Description
Job Description
We’re a wireless communications company with decades of experience building networks and managing infrastructure. Our mission is simple: drive solutions for the wireless telecom industry with our team of dedicated, experienced, and proven professionals.
The Role
We're looking for a Leasing Specialist who’s experienced in telecommunications and wireless communication leasing. If you're skilled at drafting and redlining legal agreements, thrive in a production focused environment, and take pride in producing high-quality, deadline-driven work — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze, prepare and submit business term and legal approval requests.
- Collaborate with tenants and clients to draft agreements and amendments using lease templates with a need to periodically create new language to address situational needs.
- Review red lines and revise lease language to meet client needs.
- Route final drafts for signature via DocuSign and ensure all supporting documents are in order.
- Review construction drawings and exhibits for alignment with lease terms.
- Analyze prime lease agreements to ensure alignment with landlord rights.
- Jump in and support other projects or responsibilities as needed.
- Resolve issues diplomatically while driving progress to meet internal and client objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with lease language and legal documents. You can manage shifting priorities without losing focus — and you're a team player who takes pride in their work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal knowledge or background, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in Real Estate or Wireless Infrastructure including Cell Towers, Small Cells, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
- Telecom industry experience
- Experience drafting and editing leases
- Strong understanding of lease and construction documentation
- Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to handling confidential information with integrity
Why Join Us?
