Sales Product Specialist

:

As a Seasonal Sales Product Specialist- you will work with an assigned big box retail store to promote the sale of SBM home, lawn, and garden care products throughout the weekends during the territory season . The Sales Product Specialist will be responsible for engaging with store customers, understanding their needs, educating them on our products, and selling SBM brand products (BioAdvanced and Natria) to consumers to drive product sales.

This Seasonal Sales Product Specialist will communicate daily and report to an Area Sales Manager (ASM).

This role is a great fit for you if:

• You are available to work up to 10 hours a weekend between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the daytime.

Responsibilities in this role:

• Sell lawn and garden SBM products to customers in the aisle.
• Greet customers as they enter and leave the store with a positive attitude.
• Explain product details and ingredients of SBM product to customers.
• Communicate with store personnel to maintain inventory levels on racks, shelves, and displays.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or relevant field
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a Mobile Smartphone
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
