Asphalt Foreman (Crew Welcome)
Pay: $28–$35 per hour (based on experience; discussed at interview)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead asphalt paving operations on active job sites. Candidates may apply individually or with an established crew . This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience, and a focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews on site
- Ensure quality workmanship and proper paving techniques
- Coordinate daily tasks and job site setup
- Enforce safety standards and job site cleanliness
- Communicate with project management as needed
Requirements:
- Prior asphalt paving experience (foreman or lead preferred)
- Ability to manage a crew and work hands-on
- Knowledge of asphalt equipment and materials
- Reliable and dependable
